- No new grilling activity. Ending balance $12,041.58
- Need at least 2 people to help with grilling at the banquet

- Discussion regarding renewing 501c3
Old Business
- Kings Island trip: 39 kids going; pack light! Will stop at Jungle Jim’s. Coming back close to midnight.
- Motion to give cash prizes. Passed.
- 5/9 Spring Concert: held at SCHS with EMS @ 6:30. Concert black attire

- Trailer needs some love. Repairs will be priced and shared at the special called meeting to occur at band banquet on 5/11/23.
